Your account

GreatPic stores your email, sign-in sessions and security limits to provide email sign-in. Tencent Cloud hosts the public website in Hong Kong and forwards account requests to Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare D1 stores account data. Brevo delivers sign-in emails. iOS stores your sign-in token in the device Keychain. A temporary random browser tab identifier may be kept in session storage to help you return from billing; it contains no account information or photograph.

Photographs

AI creation is not yet available. Selected photographs stay on your device. Public gallery images are labelled examples. When real creation becomes available, we will explain photo processing and retention before upload.

Purchases

Purchase integration is in testing. Creem processes website checkout and Apple processes iOS purchases. GreatPic records transaction identifiers, account ownership, plan, credits and subscription status to confirm payments and prevent duplicate grants. We do not receive your card number or security code. Test credits are separate from real credits.

Analytics

Product analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled. Service providers may process technical logs needed to operate and secure their services.

Access and deletion

You can sign out of all devices or delete your account in account settings. Purchase records required for billing, fraud prevention and applicable record-keeping may be retained separately from your sign-in identity. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it through Apple first. Website subscriptions must likewise be cancelled through website billing before deleting your account.
